  • quinoa - 7 oz (200 g)
  • field mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • peppers - 1 pc. green + 1 pc. red
  • fresh mint - 2 sprigs
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • oil

How to make

Boil the quinoa in salted water and the quinoa-water ratio is 1: 2.

Finely chop the field mushrooms, onions and peppers and stew them in a pan with oil and a little water for 15 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Add the boiled quinoa to them and leave them on the stove for another 5 minutes, while stirring. The dish is decorated with fresh mint.
