How to make
Salt the meat, sprinkle it with black pepper and put it to fry until it changes color in half of the hot oil. Move the meat into an oven dish and fill up the saucepan with the remaining oil. Put chopped onion, finely chopped carrot and finally the crushed garlic to fry.
Once softened, add the cleaned and chopped dock and add some more water. Add spices and wait until the liquid evaporates a bit. Add the vegetable mixture to the pork and mix. Top with 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water and cover the oven dish with foil.
Put it to bake for 1 hour in a heated 390°F (200 °C) oven. Remove the foil, add the beaten eggs, yoghurt, flour, a pinch of salt and baking soda and return it to bake until the topping hardens.
