How to make
Boil the meat with the vegetables in about 1 liter of salted water and when it is ready, strain the broth.
Only the green beans and meat are added to it, other vegetables are discarded or eaten by people who are not on a diet.
Beat the yolks with sour cream, add 1 tsp. of vinegar and it is added into the hot chicken soup.
If the broth has already cooled, heat it gently, by stirring, until it's almost boiling.
Season with spices of your choice (eg. savory herb, black pepper, hot pepper).
Serve the keto chicken soup sprinkled with parsley.
Since the pepper is only for flavor, you can use the fleshy part of the pepper by removing only the seeds.
