How to make

The mackerel is cut in two halves, cleaned from the entrails and sprinkled with a little salt, oil and black pepper and baked in the oven, until it's done.

It is taken out, it is cleaned from the spine and the small bones and it is torn into small pieces like for soup.

Pour it into a bowl, add two medium-sized eggs, finely chopped parsley, salt and black pepper. Add the flour with a spoon and stir, until a thick paste is obtained.

You can use more or less flour, depending on the size of the eggs.

Heat oil in a pan and shape the fish schnitzels with a spoon and the size is as you see fit.

Fry them on both sides on medium heat, until they aquire a golden brown color.

Remove and place them on a napkin to absorb the fat.

Serve two schnitzels garnished with pickles for each portion.

Pour a glass of wine and cheers!

The mackerel fish schnitzels are ready.
