  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • potatoes - 5
  • onions - 2 heads
  • spice mix - spices for mince
  • eggs - 1
  • bread - 1 slice, white, without the crust
  • milk - 1 cup

How to make

Put the crumbled bread slice in the milk. After about 10 min., put in the mince, spice mix, egg and knead the mince.

Peel the potatoes and boil them, mash them into a puree. Dice the onions and braise until golden. Mix the mashed potatoes with the onions.

Next, make small pancakes out of the mince, put stuffing inside and roll them up (kind of like mini meatloaves).

Bake them in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) over for about 20 min. - depending on the oven. Keep an eye on the mince.

They're very delicious with a stuffing of rice, fried mushrooms or a mashed boiled egg.
