How to make
Pour the clams into a large heated pan and put it on the heat. Add white wine and leave them over the heat, until the alcohol evaporates and the clams open up.
Then add thinly sliced hot pepper, processed cream cheese, cream, a little grated parmesan and stir the Ukrainian dish at all times.
Then sprinkle with green basil leaves and stew everything for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
Serve the Ukrainian Vongole with white wine.
