How to make
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl - almond flour, walnuts, baking powder and sweetener.
Add the butter, egg and vanilla. Mix well with a spoon or spatula.
Add the chocolate drops, but leave a small portion of them to add on top of the cookies. Mix again!
Leave the mixture for 5 minutes. Then shape the cookies with your hands, it's easy. Place 1 or 2 more chocolate drops on top.
I baked mine in the fryer. I chose the bake program, 170°C. I turned it on first for 15 minutes, but they were ready in 10 minutes, 5 on one side and 5 on the other. I placed the chocolate cookies onto baking paper.
You can bake them in the oven at 170 or 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye on them!
Place keto cookies in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
The oven should be preheated.
