How to make

Sift the flour in a suitable bowl along with the baking powder. Add the seeds and grated fine white cheese and yellow cheese to them.

Add the pitted and sliced olives and oregano.

Mix all of the products well. In a separate bowl, mix the beaten eggs, yogurt and lightly melted butter.

Carefully add this mixture to the dry ingredients.

Knead soft dough, cover it with cling film and refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Roll it out into a thickness of 0.6″ (1.5 cm) and if necessary, add a little more white flour.

With a cookie cutter or a cup we cut out circles, which are placed in a tray covered with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for about 15 minutes or until they're fully baked.

Serve savory biscuits as a wonderful, healthy and filling breakfast. Include them in the children's menu, or serve them with a glass of red wine.

The savory biscuits with olives are ready.
