How to make
Clean and chop the onions, carrots and mushrooms. Wash the rice.
In a deep frying pan, stew the onion and carrot in the butter first. Then add the mushrooms. Leave them simmer and add the rice.
Fry it, until it becomes transparent. Season it with spices and pour it into a baking pan.
Add the broth and water and bake, until the oven-baked rice absorbs the liquid.
The oven-baked mushrooms with rice and carrots are ready.
