How to make
Wash the mussels and boil them in slightly salted water.
Leave them to cool slightly and season them with spices, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, white wine and pressed garlic. Leave them like this for about 30 minutes.
Roll the mussels in flour, then in the beaten eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Fry them in a large pan with heated fat, until they aquire a golden color.
Serve the delicious appetizer with a glass of white wine.
The breaded mussels with flour and breadcrumbs are very tasty.
