How to make
Remove the skins and veins from the pork and cut it into cubes. Cut the bacon and grind it.
Sprinkle the mixture with spices and leave it for 12 hours in a cool place.
Mix everything together, by adding a little water while kneading.
Fill the intestines and if you want to dry it, leave it in a ventilated place.
When baking, cut the homemade sausage crosswise in several places.
Place it on a heated grill, turn it several times, or you can also bake it in the oven.
The Serbian Sausage is ready.
