Ingredients

  • condensed milk - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • instant coffee - 1 tbsp.
  • ice - 9 oz (250 g)

How to make

To make this sorbet, we will need a blender, food processor or Nutribullet appliance, which can grind ice.

Put the ice, condensed milk and the spoon coffee in the jug of the appliance, close it well and blend for 30 seconds on medium speed.

With a spoon, push the ice to the bottom, since it will rise on the walls of the jug. Turn it on again for 30 seconds at maximum speed.

Serve the finished sorbet immediately.

Tip: If you have a caffeine intolerance or want to make your sorbet at a time of day when you don't want to drink coffee, you can make the sorbet with decaffeinated coffee.
