How to make
Grind the biscuits in a blender. Melt the butter and add it to the biscuits. Mix to achieve buttery crumbs.
If you do not have a blender, you can place them in a zip log and pound with a rolling pin.
Chill the cooking cream and beat it with a mixer to a thick consistency. Fold in 2 tbsp of powdered sugar.
Add the cream cheese and remaining 3 tbsp of powdered sugar, and keep mixing. The mix might seem a bit watery at first, but becomes thicker again in a minute.
Place 2 tablespoons of the crumbled biscuits at the bottom of each glass, and press gently. Add 2 tablespoons of cream, and repeat with a layer of biscuits.
Finish with a layer of cream and garnish with crumbles on top. Finally add the strawberry jam and chill for 2-3 hours.
Serve with a leaf of mint and a smile!
