How to make
The arugula leaves are washed and placed in a deep dish. The cucumber and tomatoes are cut into small pieces and placed on arugula leaves.
Add the corn, yellow cheese and chicken. Flavor with spices of your choice.
The chicken fillet is washed and cut into juliennes. Spices of your choice are added.
In a heated grill pan, roast the chicken, until it aquires a golden color. Then add it on salad.
The arugula and chicken salad is very tasty.
