  • tomatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • okra - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

First clean and cut the okra.

Grease a baking tray and pour the okra inside. Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped garlic and parsley.

Cut the tomatoes into circles and arrange them on top. Repeat the process, until you run out of products.
