How to make
Wash and dry the ribs. Leave them whole.
Put them in bowl with a lid. Spread them generously with barbecue sauce. Close the lid and leave them in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, take out the ribs from the refrigerator and place them in a baking pan with the meat side down. Pour the beer.
Cut a piece of aluminum foil slightly larger than the size of the baking pan.
Place and press the aluminum foil on all sides.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and wait for it to heat up. Reduce the heat to 320°F (160°C) and bake for 3-4 hours.
Remove the foil, turn the ribs over and use a silicone brush to coat them with the barbecue sauce.
Place them back into the oven.
Increase the heat to 390°F (200°C) and bake, until the pork ribs with barbecue sauce are nicely browned.
