How to make
The chicken livers are washed well and placed in a colander, in order to drain from the water.
Then they are arranged in a baking pan, in which we have already poured the oil.
Season with salt and black pepper and bake at 390°F (200°C) with a fan.
When the livers are almost ready, add the onion, which is cut into crescents.
Bake for a little longer, until the livers with onions remain only in fat and the onion softens.
The easy chicken livers with onions are great as a beer appetizer or dinner in combination with fresh salad, for example.
