How to make
The chicken meat is boiled in salted water and it is then cut into small pieces.
Separately, boil the rice in more water, which is also salted. Once it is cooked, wash it and strain it.
In a deep frying pan, heat the fat and fry the washed and sliced onions, peppers and carrots.
Once they soften, three beaten eggs are added to them.
Mix everything and add the chicken and rice.
If necessary, add more salt.
The fried rice is stirred and it is optionally flavored with black pepper.
