How to make
Boil the chicken carcass in advance and debone them. Strain the broth and place them in a suitable cooking vessel.
Add the finely chopped and peeled onion and carrot. Add the cleaned from the seeds pepper, which has also been finely chopped.
Boil, until the vegetables soften. Add the peeled and cut into small pieces potatoes. Place the deboned chicken into the broth.
Season with salt and black pepper. Continue cooking over low heat, until the potatoes soften.
At the end of cooking the chicken soup, add the noodles (I added about 1 handful) and finely chopped parsley.
The chicken carcass soup is delicious and economical.
