How to make
Saute the finely chopped onions in the oil with a little water. Wait for them to soften and the water to evaporate and add the finely chopped chicken meat and diced carrots.
Fry for 1-2 minutes, then add 5-6 cups of hot water and add salt to taste. Boil until the meat softens, then add diced potatoes, and then another 10 minutes later, add the peeled and diced tomatoes.
Once the potatoes boil, remove the pot from the heat and thicken with a well-beaten egg. Sprinkle it with parsley and black pepper and, if desired, add 2-3 chili peppers.
Season with extra spearmint and vinegar.
