How to make
Cut the meat into small pieces and boil them in salted water until softened.
Add the finely chopped onions, peppers, potatoes and tomatoes. Add the oil as well.
Once the meat is boiled add the cleaned and washed rice. Boil.
Make a thickening agent of the eggs beaten with the milk, temper with a little of the soup broth and add this to the main soup.
Sprinkle with parsley and black pepper to taste.
