How to make
The offal is washed and chopped. The offal I used are liver and lung.
Boil until cooked. I cooked in a multicooker on the soup program.
Strain the boiled offal. In a pot, I stewed the red pepper, chopped, the onion, finely chopped, the carrots, cut into rings, in oil.
I added the spices and mixed. I added the pickles - chopped, and a cup of the broth from the offal and the chopped offal.
Then I poured enough water to cover the products. I boiled until the vegetables were cooked. When everything was ready, I added a thickener of one egg and two tablespoons of yogurt with a 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar.
I sprinkled the beef soup with chopped parsley.
The beef offal soup is served with a sauce of vinegar, garlic, water and oil.
