How to make
Soak the bread in the milk in a suitable bowl and add it to the minced meat along with the grated onion. Shape the meatballs, roll them in flour and fry them, until they are semi-cooked.
Stew the other chopped onion, as well as the garlic. Add the potatoes and the carrot, stir and add the flour, tomato sauce and paprika.
Add the meatballs and 1 cup of hot water. Boil the meatballs with the sauce, until they soften.
Serve the meatballs in vegetable sauce with parsley.
