  • minced meat - 1.5 lb (700 g) lamb and beef
  • soft butter - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika - 2 pinches
  • black pepper - 3 pinches
  • ground cumin - 1 tsp.
  • chopped parsley - 4 tbsp.
  • hot peppers - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • for the flatbread
  • water - 4.1 fl oz (120 ml)
  • flour - 7.8 oz (220 g) + extra
  • butter - for greasing
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • fresh yeast - 0.3 oz (8 g)

How to make

Cut the pepper, hot pepper and onion. Add them to the minced meat along with the butter, salt and knead the mixture. Leave it for a few hours in the refrigerator.

Knead the dough from the bread products and leave it to rise for an hour. Divide it into 4 balls and roll them out thinly. Grill them or cook them in a grill pan and grease them with butter.

String the minced meat onto metal skewers and shape the kebabs.

Grill the adana kebab.

Serve the spicy adana kebab on the flatbread, sprinkled with parsley.
