  • potatoes - 5
  • onions - 3 heads
  • soup roots - 1 bunch of parsley, carrot, celery roots
  • black pepper - 5 peppercorns
  • bay leaf - 1
  • wine - 1 cup
  • water - 2 cups
  • lard - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Cut the meat into small pieces, the onions - finely, peel the garlic and potatoes. Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker.

Close and cook for about 1 hour on low heat. Remove from the heat once the pressure is reduced, open the lid.

Mash one potato with a fork and the vegetables for the soup so as to make a thick sauce.
