Beat the milk, sugar and eggs with a spoon, until the sugar dissolves.
The products are mixed at room temperature, without heating them.

The creme caramel is baked in a water bath without a fan - 270°F (130°C) for 120 minutes.
Cold water is added every 30 minutes, so that it does not start to boil.
