How to make
Beat the egg and egg white, add the sugar and salt.
Grind the oats in a blender and add them to the egg mixture. Mash the banana and add it. Mix the banana pancake mixture by hand or with a mixer.
Heat a frying pan and pour the mixture in it with a ladle. Spread it over the entire surface. Bake the healthy pancakes on both sides.
Grease them with butter when they are ready.
Serve the healthy banana pancakes for children with fruit of your choice.
