How to make
Add the peeled bananas, eggs, skimmed milk (or yogurt) and baking soda to a blender. Blend until smooth and until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If you don't have a blender, you can also beat the ingredients by hand, but with a blender the process is much faster and easier.
Heat the pan over low heat (for example, on level 4 out of 9) to avoid the risk of the pancakes burning on the outside while remaining raw on the inside. Once the pan is well heated, grease it with butter. Using a ladle, pour the mixture into the pan, forming the dietary pancakes. Cook them as usual and make sure to cook them evenly.
This recipe makes about 10-11 banana pancakes.
