How to make
Clean each mullet fish from the entrails and gills and wash them well with cold water.
Season the fish with salt and black pepper and arrange them in a baking pan.
Cut the lemon into slices and put a few of them in each fish.
Season the fish inside with a little soy sauce and pour the beer into the baking pan.
Cover it with aluminum foil and bake the fish in the oven at 390°F (200°C).
The baked mullet is cooked for about thirty minutes and in the last ten minutes the foil is removed.
Serve baked mullet with a suitable garnish.
