How to make
We squeeze the lemon and mix it with olive oil, thyme, rosemary, spearmint, oregano, parsley, salt and black pepper.
With this mixture we spread the cleaned fish inside and out.
Grill it on a heated grill or in a baking pan in the oven for between 4 and 10 minutes on each side - depending on the size of the fish.
We serve immediately with a piece of bread and green salad.
