How to make
Finely chop the garlic and onion. Fry them in 2 tbsp. of oil in a large pot.
Then pour the tomato paste and stir. Add the Turkish lentils, bulgur, rice and fry. Pour 7-8 cups (2 L) of warm water and leave the lentil soup to boil for 30 minutes.
Then blend the Turkish soup and season it with black pepper and salt.
Heat the butter and mint and pour them on top.
The Ezogelin Soup is ready and it is very tasty!
