How to make
Pour the livers with boiling salted water, take them out and cut them.
In a pan, stew the coarsely chopped onion in the heated butter.
Add the chicken livers, finely chopped parsley and garlic cloves.
Soak the dried fruit in a glass of wine in advance.
Strain them from the wine and finely chop them.
Add them into the pan with the livers and add the white wine.
Season with as much salt and black pepper as you like.
Cover the pan with a lid or foil and leave it on low heat for about 20 minutes.
Then open it up and if necessary, leave it for a few more minutes on the stove, until the chicken livers with onions, olives and dried fruits are ready.
