How to make
The wheat is boiled, until it is almost fully cooked and it is strained from the water. Chop the carrots and onions and stew them on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the raisins, boiled wheat, crushed garlic and chopped parsley.
The mixture is salted and seasoned according to taste.
The peppers are washed, cleaned from the seeds, pierced with a fork and filled with the mixture.
Arrange the stuffed peppers in a baking pan with a little oil and a finger of water.
Bake them in the middle of the oven at 390°F (200°C).
The stuffed peppers with raisins and wheat are ready.
