How to cook
Clean the peppers from their seeds, but first see how many will fit in the baking pan to know how much to clean out.
Soak the raisins in warm water to soften. Mix everything and let it simmer. Season with salt and mint.
Fill the peppers with this stuffing and arrange them in the baking pan. Pour a glass of water and a little oil over them.
Bake your stuffed peppers in the oven until the peppers are fully cooked.
