How to make
The peppers are cleaned, washed and scalded in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. The beans are strained and mashed.
Clean and finely chop the onion. Heat oil in a pan. The onion is fried in the oil. The onions are added to the beans.
It is seasoned with savory herb, spearmint, salt and black pepper. Mix everything. The peppers are stuffed with the mixture and arranged in a baking pan.
They are poured with the liquid from the canned beans. Water is poured, no more than halfway of the peppers.
They are baked until they're fully cooked and until the peppers aquire a golden brown color.
The stuffed peppers with boiled beans and spearmint are ready.
