Ingredients

  • peppers - 18 pcs. (not very large)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • rice - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • minced meat - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • egg whites - 3 pcs.
  • cumin - 2 pinches
  • black pepper - 2 or 3 pinches
  • paprika - 1 tbsp. (with tip)
  • For the sauce
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • flour - 4 tbsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Knead the minced meat with the chopped onion and the soaked and washed rice (in advance). Add the spices and egg whites. Stir.

Then fill the cleaned and washed peppers. Dip them in flour and arrange them in a pot in two rows.

Cover them with a plate, add the blended tomatoes with salt and oil, fill water to the top of the plate and boil on the stove for about 30 minutes.

Remove the plate and leave the stuffed peppers to simmer for another 15 minutes.

The boiled stuffed peppers are ready.
