Clean the mushrooms. Wash, peel and slice the carrots. Peel and slice the onion.

It is available in organic stores, but if you can't find any, you can replace it with plain soy sauce ), lime juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt over the vegetables.
Stir well, so that everything is evenly covered with the marinade.
Put the vegetables on a preheated grill and grill them, until they're done.
Serve the delicious grilled vegetables with hummus and bread - it turns out great!
