How to make
Place the shanks in a deep baking pan, at the bottom of which you can scattered the parsley stalks.
Add red wine, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, savory herb and garlic. Spread them well with the marinade and leave them to marinate for about an hour.
Pour enough water to cover them, wrap them in aluminum foil and place them in the oven for about 2 and a half hours at a moderate temperature.
Check if they are ready and remove the foil to lightly roast them.
Serve them with french fries and a glass of homemade wine.
The roasted pork shank with wine marinade is ready.
