How to make
The basil leaves and cherry tomatoes are washed and dried and the baby mozzarella is strained from the brine.
The cherry tomatoes, baby mozzarella and fresh basil leaves are strung onto wooden skewers.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt and dried oregano. Stir and leave the mixture for about half an hour, so that they can release their aromas.
The skewers are served with the prepared dressing.
The skewers with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella are ready.
