How to make
Grate the apples. Beat the eggs.
Blend the avocado and add it to the eggs. Add the oil, vanilla, stevia, cinnamon, soda, carob powder and einkorn flour. Mix well and add the grated apples.
Pour the mixture into a Teflon cake tin.
Bake the sponge cake at 360°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.
A very light and tasty sponge cake is obtained.
