How to make

This pate is very tasty and easy to prepare. The only preparation for it is, if you use unhydrated dried tomatoes, put them in water until they swell and then strain them very well.

I use dried marinated tomatoes, which are sold in jars in olive oil and sometimes contain aromatic spices such as rosemary or basil.

The other part of the preparation is to boil the eggs and leave them to cool well, before peeling them.

Put all of the products in a convenient bowl for blending, such as the eggs, garlic and tomatoes, which can be cut in advance to make it easier to blend. Remove the sprout from the garlic in the middle, so that it is not as strong.

Blend at high speed into a fine consistency and flavor as desired with more spices.

Serve the pate with toasted slices of bread or rusks.

It is ideal as a snack, for a quick breakfast or as an addition to salads.

The pate with boiled eggs and aromatic spices is ready.
