How to make
Remove the skin from the salmon. Season it with salt and black pepper.
Melt the butter over medium heat.
Fry the salmon on both sides, until it aquires a golden brown color, for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add the white wine, lemon juice, lemon peel and sour cream into the pan.
Cook the salmon in the sauce for about 3 minutes and remove it from the pan. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper.
Add the chopped parsley and stir.
Serve, by pouring the sauce over the salmon.
The salmon fillet in sauce is ready.
