How to make

Season the fish fillets with salt and roll them in flour. Heat a little oil in a wide pan.

Place the fish skin side down and fry it on both sides, until it aquires a golden color. Take it out and palce it onto kitchen paper.

In the same fat, fry the finely chopped onion, until it aquires a golden brown color.

Add the raisins, nuts, honey, paprika and mix.

After one minute, pour the fish broth and leave it simmer for about ten minutes.

Place the fried fish back into the pan and sprinkle it with black pepper.

Leave it on low heat for another five minutes and remove it from heat.

The cod fillet in honey sauce is very tasty.
