How to make
The asparagus is cleaned, the lower ends are cut off and the stalks are boiled in salted water to which sugar has been added. After 20 minutes, take them out and let them drain.
Cut the ham into thin slices. The sauce is prepared, by finely chopping the basil, mixing it with honey, vinegar, olive oil and 1 teaspoon of the water, from the water which the asparagus was boiled in.
Add salt and black pepper. The asparagus is drizzled with the honey sauce and covered with ham.
