How to make
Clean and fillet the salmon. Marinate in lemon juice, soy sauce, black pepper, rosemary, one garlic clove and a pinch of salt, for 10-15 minutes.
Pour the cream into a pan with a little olive oil, or butter. Add finely chopped dill, a crushed clove of garlic, salt, black pepper to taste, and heat it to the desired consistency.
Saute the fish fillet for about 5 minutes, arrange on a plate and pour the cream sauce on top.
