How to make
Wash the salmon fillets and dry them well.
Place the skin side down in a baking pan under a large piece of aluminum foil, lightly greased with a little olive oil.
Smear the fish on top with the onion, garlic and celery powder and sprinkle it with salt, olive oil, black pepper and parsley.
Wrap and seal the foil and put the baking pan in a preheated 390°F (200 degree) oven.
Bake the salmon for about 20 minutes or a little longer if you like a more cooked fish. For me, salmon should remain juicy and slightly undercooked and that way it is most tender and delicious. For the thinner fillets, reduce the cooking time.
I use the foil to save the juices of the fish as much as possible and make it juicy. If you wish, you can bake without wrapping the fish, so that it forms an appetizing crust.
Sprinkle the salmon fish fillets with freshly squeezed lemon juice and serve them warm.
Enjoy your meal!
