  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • tortilla - 2 pcs.
  • black epper

  • yogurt - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to make

Wash and soak the pork leg for one day in a marinade of white wine, black pepper, paprika, salt and savory herb.

When preparing homemade doners, cut it into small pieces with a sharp knife.
