Cut the pork into chunks and fry it in heated fat in a deep frying pan.
After 10 minutes, add the chopped mushrooms, onions and carrots. Stir several times and add the grinded tomatoes. Season with garlic powder, paprika and pour the red wine.
Cook briefly and pour enough warm water to cover the products. Season with bay leaves and as much salt as you like. Put the lid on the pan and cook the goulash over medium heat.
To thicken the sauce of the dish add a spoonful of flour, diluted in a small amount of water. Cook briefly and remove it from the heat. Sprinkle with parsley and black pepper.
