Pour enough water to cover the products and cover the pot with a lid. Reduce heat and cook until the meat is fully cooked.
Cut the peppers and add them into the pot, followed shortly by the canned tomatoes and salt.
Thicken the goulash with corn flour, which you have mixed with a little water.
Cook for another 10 minutes, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and remove the pot from the heat.
Be sure to serve it with fluffy mashed potatoes.
