How to make
Tenderize the meat as if for a schnitzel, salt and cook on a pre-greased stove plate.
Stew the finely chopped onion in the oil until soft.
Add chopped mushrooms, tomatoes and chili peppers and sauté until soft.
Add salt and mix with wine, savory and parsley.
The cooked fillets are cut into strips, each of which is topped with a little bit of stew mixture.
